Maxine & Rahul were married and had their reception at Panorama House at Bulli Tops. The view from their reception room was magical and so was their wedding day. They met online, on a Christian website, and Rahul proposed at Nurragingy Reserve, where they first met. Maxine wore her traditional wedding gown for the ceremony and the portraits, but changed into traditional Indian dress for the ceremony, and she looked radiantly stunning! Oh, and the colours… beautiful reds and golds, wow. I’m a sucker for multicultural dress. Rahul’s lovely mum, older brother, and dear friends came from their home country of India to be by Rahul’s side on this special day. I was lucky enough to have photographed friends of Maxine & Rahul some years back at Newtown Mission, and they kindly recommended Stephen and I as wedding photographers, which was super lovely, and we were honoured that Maxine & Rahul chose us to document their day.
